By booking a service with CleanPro Marbella (hereinafter "the Company"), the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all residential, commercial, post-construction, and holiday rental (Airbnb) cleaning services, as well as any additional services (such as handyman or paint touch-ups) agreed upon between both parties.
Quotes generated through our website or via WhatsApp are based on the information provided by the Client (square meters, type of service, property condition). The Company reserves the right to modify the final price if, upon the team's arrival, the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described or requires a higher level of effort than budgeted (e.g., requiring a "Deep Clean" instead of a "Standard Clean").
We understand that plans can change, but last-minute cancellations severely disrupt our staff scheduling. Therefore, we enforce the following policy:

The optional handyman and paint touch-up services offered in the "Move-In / Move-Out" package are designed for minor repairs and superficial wear and tear (filling nail holes, painting over small scuffs). They do not substitute the work of a comprehensive renovation or structural masonry.
Payment for services must be made under the conditions agreed upon during the booking process (cash upon completion, bank transfer, or via our secure payment gateway). In the case of B2B clients (companies and developers), invoices must be paid within the timeframe stipulated in the commercial contract.
